First Time OverSeas Orders Policy

All First Time OverSeas Orders Must Be Paid
With A Certified Money Order Or Cashiers Check To
Establish A Rating For Future Orders To Be Paid By Credit Card.
We accept all credit cards. Payments made by check will be shipped after the check has cleared, usually within 5-7 days.
We DO NOT ACCEPT WESTERN UNION PAYMENTS

Return Policy


While we try very hard to ship the correct items ordered, in the event you must return an item or merchandise,
PLEASE READ, our RETURN POLICY.
All Wigs, Eyes, Eyelashes, Socks, Stockings, Tights, Neck Connectors, Pates, Armatures, and Bodies must be returned within 10 DAYS of PURCHASE. You must call me or e-mail for a restocking number and varification.
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged for all RETURNS unless that item is damaged from the manufacturer.
NO SHIPPING FEES ARE REFUNDABLE.
In the event you must return merchandise please be sure to insure any returned item with whatever carrier you use.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON SOFT FIRED GREENWARE.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY SALE ITEM, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All back orders will be shipped when received from our factory or distributors.
No exceptions unless stated in writing such a e-mail , etc.
